So I’ve been using Craybet for about six weeks or so and thought I’d throw out my experience since there isn’t much discussion about them on here. I signed up randomly one night and the whole process literally took 90 seconds. Starting deposit was ten bucks which is normal for US-facing sites. They threw in a welcome bonus — 100 percent match to $500 and 50 free spins on Gates of Olympus. Playthrough requirements were 35x which is kinda average but I’ve dealt with worse.
Game selection is decent honestly. You’ll find titles from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, plus Big Time Gaming — meaning Gates of Olympus, Starburst, all the popular ones. Probably close to a couple thousand titles total if you count everything. Live casino is powered by Evolution and it’s legit — played some baccarat and Crazy Time with actual croupiers and zero lag issues.
One thing I wasn’t thrilled about was payout speed. Withdrew via Skrill and waited about 48 hours the first time. Once you’re verified though it was faster. You can use Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, and BTC so that covers most bases. You can look at their current offers over at CrayBet if you’re interested.
Mobile experience on Craybet on my phone is actually smooth. No dedicated app though the browser version is responsive and all the games load without issues. Played Book of Dead on the bus and no performance issues.
Customer service on Craybet has been okay — they have live chat that actually connects within a few minutes when I’ve used it. Reached out once about a bonus that didn’t credit and it was resolved within hours. I think they’re operating under a Curacao license which is what most offshore casinos. It’s not flawless — wish they had more payment options — but as a daily player I’m still using it.
