So I’ve been using Craybet for roughly six weeks or so and wanted to share some thoughts because there’s not a ton of talk about them on here. Signed up after seeing an ad and the whole process literally took two minutes. Starting deposit was $10 and that’s normal for US-facing sites. They threw in a sign-up bonus — 100 percent match to $500 and 50 free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Playthrough requirements were 35 times the bonus which isn’t amazing but it’s manageable.
Their slots catalog is bigger than I expected. There’s stuff from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, plus Play’n GO — meaning Book of Dead, Starburst, all the popular ones. I’d guess maybe 2000 games when you add it all up. The live dealer section is powered by Evolution and it’s quality — played some baccarat and Crazy Time with real dealers and it worked great.
One thing I wasn’t thrilled about was withdrawal times. Withdrew via Visa and it took about 48 hours the first time. After that though things sped up. You can use credit cards, Skrill, Neteller, and BTC which is most bases. I’d check out their current offers over at svnewtech[/url] before you sign up.
Mobile experience on Craybet on mobile was surprisingly good. I didn’t find a native app — the mobile site loads fast and everything works fine. Was playing Book of Dead in bed and had zero problems.
Customer service on Craybet is alright — they have live chat that gets you a person within a few minutes when I’ve used it. I contacted them about a pending withdrawal and got it fixed pretty quickly. Not sure about Curacao licensed and that’s standard for US-friendly sites. It’s not flawless — the bonus wagering could be lower — but overall I keep coming back.
