Been using Craybet for roughly six weeks or so and wanted to share my experience since I haven’t seen a ton of talk about them around here. Registered on a whim and registration was like 90 seconds. Minimum deposit is $10 which is pretty standard. I grabbed a sign-up bonus — 100 percent match to $500 and fifty free spins on Gates of Olympus. Wagering was 35x which is kinda average but it’s manageable.
Game selection is honestly pretty solid. You’ll find titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and Microgaming — meaning Book of Dead, Starburst, that kind of thing. I’d guess maybe 1500-2000 slots total if you count everything. The live dealer section runs on Evolution which is legit — played some blackjack and Crazy Time with actual croupiers and had no complaints.
Now the one thing I wasn’t thrilled about was payout speed. I used Skrill and it took about 48 hours for my first withdrawal. Second time around things sped up. Payment options include credit cards, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin so that covers most bases. I’d check out their current offers on CrayBet before you sign up.
Mobile experience on Craybet from my iPhone worked better than expected. I didn’t find a native app though the browser version loads fast and slots and live games work no problem. Was playing a few sessions on my commute and had zero problems.
Customer service on Craybet has been okay — there’s a chat widget that gets you a person in under five minutes when I’ve used it. Had to ask about my verification docs and got it fixed within hours. Not sure about Curacao-based from what I can tell and that’s what most platforms like this. It’s not flawless — the bonus wagering could be lower — but overall I’m still using it.
